How to Post an Inquiry
In the Q&A System, your assigned NewCo name will automatically appear at the top.
Please make sure to register all inquiries under your assigned NewCo name, except for those related to IT Support.
- Click your NewCo name.
- To create a new inquiry, click “New Topic.”
- Enter the Title and Content of your inquiry.
※ Please note that at least one Tag is required for submission.
How to Search for an Inquiry
Before creating a new inquiry, we recommend using the Search function to check if similar questions or manuals have already been registered.
You can perform a comprehensive search, and it is most effective to search using individual keywords for better results.
